The Role
The Site Foreman is the face of Geyer Valmont onsite, taking ownership of the successful running of the site and delivery. They manage a team of subcontractors to deliver fit outs in a manner that represents our brand, ensuring sites are run efficiently, clearly and safely.
Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate sub-contractors to delivery works promised, in line with client and brand expectations.
- Conduct site inductions, inspections, toolbox talks etc.
- Manage effective use of resources.
- Monitor and report on variations.
- Manage timelines and defects.
- Attend meetings and prepare documentation as required.
- Conduct Inductions and SWMS.
Who We Are Looking For
- Saturday availability may be required from time to time.
- This role will suit someone highly experience in commercial site fit outs (4+ years experience as a site foreman, leading hand or similar).
- Must be a qualified carpenter, builder or similar.
- Strong understanding of building codes and quality standards.
- Exceptional project management skills.
- Someone who takes pride in their work and relationship management.
