The Role
We are looking for a Project Coordinator - Commercial Interior Fit-outs to join the team in Melbourne CBD. This is a junior PM role and will suit an experienced Contract Administrator ready to step up to the challenges of Project Co-ordination, or a PC looking to broaden their career.
Responsibilities will include:
- Involvement at pitch stage to ensure all aspects of construction are considered and budgeted for
- Running PCG meetings, preparing minutes and ensuring Actions items are completed
- Problem solving with designers
- Managing the resources of Site team to ensure coverage of projects
- Liaising with and managing the expectations of clients
- Accounting for profit margins on all jobs
- Working closely with the Contract Administrator to ensure timely ordering and sequencing of trades, material etc
- Ensuring safety, quality and environmental legislative requirements are met on the project.
