The Role
We are looking for an Experienced Project Manager to support our Perth team with Commercial Interior Fit-outs. The Project Manager will lead a team of Contract Administrators and Site Supervisors and will be responsible for the smooth delivery of projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities will include:
- Involvement at pitch stage to ensure all aspects of construction are considered and budgeted for
- Running PCG meetings, preparing minutes and ensuring Actions items are completed
- Problem solving with Designers
- Managing the resources of Site Staff to ensure coverage of projects
- Informal mentoring of junior construction team members
- Liaising with and managing the expectations of clients
- Accounting for profit margins on all jobs
- Working closely with the Contract Administrator to ensure timely ordering and sequencing of trades, material etc
- Follow and champion Valmont's processes and procedures
