The Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support our Melbourne team with Commercial Interior Fit-outs. The Project Manager will lead a team of Contract Administrators and Site Supervisors, and will be responsible for the smooth delivery of projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities will include:
- Lead, plan and schedule projects, ensuring safe and to-budget delivery.
- Key point of contact for clients, and responsible for creating a positive and lasting client relationship.
- Provide innovative and creative solutions to design led cost management.
- Management of all end-to-end financial activities, including management of project budgets, subcontractor claims and assessment, and accurate cost reporting.
- Drive team success, supporting and developing direct reports and others, as required.
