The Role:

The Site Supervisor is the face of Geyer Valmont onsite. You will manage a team of subcontractors to deliver fit outs in a manner that represents our brand, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects from inception to completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead, plan and schedule projects, ensuring safe and to-budget delivery.
  • Coordinate sub-contractors to deliver works promised, in line with client and brand expectations.
  • Manage effective use of resources, monitor and report on variations and manage timelines and defect.
  • Attend meetings and prepare associated documentation as required.
  • Conduct Inductions and SWMS.

Desired Skills and Experience

About you:

  • You’re highly experienced in commercial site fit outs (2+ years’ experience as a site foreman, leading hand or similar), ideally with site project management experience (not essential).
  • You must be a qualified carpenter, builder or similar.
  • You have demonstrated knowledge of building codes and quality standards.
  • You have exceptional project management skills.
  • You are someone who takes pride in your work and relationship management, and can comfortably and professionally engage with key stakeholders, including clients.
