The Role:
The Site Supervisor is the face of Geyer Valmont onsite. You will manage a team of subcontractors to deliver fit outs in a manner that represents our brand, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects from inception to completion.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead, plan and schedule projects, ensuring safe and to-budget delivery.
- Coordinate sub-contractors to deliver works promised, in line with client and brand expectations.
- Manage effective use of resources, monitor and report on variations and manage timelines and defect.
- Attend meetings and prepare associated documentation as required.
- Conduct Inductions and SWMS.
