Job Description

In this pivotal role, you will manage the end-to-end administration of construction contracts. You’ll be the bridge between design and delivery, ensuring every trade is engaged on time and every variation is captured.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract & Financial Management: Administer client contracts, manage progress claims, and oversee subcontractor assessments in accordance with the Security of Payments Act.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop procurement schedules, manage long lead-time items, and ensure all projects are adequately scheduled to meet delivery milestones.
  • Client & Stakeholder Relations: Build rapport with Building and Facility Managers while maintaining transparent, timely communication with clients to ensure high satisfaction ratings.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Complete cost reports on time, manage project risk registers, and ensure all SQE documentation is accurately registered in company systems.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Designers, Site Foremen, and Project Managers, providing guidance to junior staff and resolving disputes ethically.
